RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are handcrafted with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your new piece, please feel free to contact us at narijewelry [at] gmail [dot] com within 5 days of receiving your item so we can help you arrange an exchange.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIME

First Class USPS Shipping is provided for all domestic U.S. Orders.

All items ship out in 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 using USPS. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

International shipping time is 10 -20 business days.

All items ship out in 1-3 business days.

This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. We offer international shipping method with USPS, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX, which is calculated upon check out. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.
